Every puppy that leaves our kennel is escorted by one of our two in‑house delivery nannies - Veronica and Samantha - who treat each trip like a mission. They don’t just fly puppies across the country; they carry weeks of training, care, and preparation in their arms. From the moment a puppy leaves our kennel until it’s safely in your hands, they’re focused on comfort, safety, and calm.
✈️ What Makes Our Delivery Different
We never rely on third‑party shippers. Every delivery is handled by our own team because we believe families deserve more than a tracking number - they deserve peace of mind. Veronica and Samantha provide hands‑on care, real‑time updates, and constant communication throughout the journey. Families receive photos, videos, and messages from the airport, the plane, and the final hand‑off. It’s not just delivery - it’s a continuation of our training program.
Airport and TSA navigation – Both nannies are experienced with airline procedures and TSA screening. They manage paperwork, follow airline pet policies, and move efficiently through terminals to minimize stress for the puppy.
In-Cabin Travel Only – Your puppy never leaves their side. Puppies travel in airline approved carriers with familiar bedding and comfort items.
Safe Potty Breaks
In-between flights, our nanny's always use low‑traffic, controlled areas away from other dogs. We lay down a pee pad in the changing bathroom where no other dogs go.
Safe door to door handoffs – Deliveries are completed in person at the family's home or agreed meeting spot. Veronica and Samantha choose quiet, secure places for final potty breaks and ensure the handoff is calm, documented, and reassuring for both puppy and family.

Veronica handles both door to door handoffs and coast to coast flights with our puppies. She oversees preflight health checks, monitors feeding and hydration, documents each puppy's condition throughout travel, and coordinates safe potty breaks between flights. With nearly a decade of experience delivering puppies for Southeast Bully Kennels, Veronica has even slept overnight after delivery in airports to ensure every pup arrives healthy and stress a free and the families don’t have to worry about this.
Samantha
Samantha handles door to door deliveries for both puppies and adult dogs and also flies internationally when needed. She serves as Veronica s backup on coast to coast trips, manages client communication with professionalism, and adds the final socialization touches before each handoff. With more than a decade of delivery experience, Samantha ensures every animal arrives calm, well cared for, and ready to meet their new family.
Both women have more than a decade of experience delivering puppies nationwide and internationally, and they are trained to prioritize safety, comfort, and discretion on every trip.
